4.1 Standard Shipping

• - We typically offer free standard shipping to commercial addresses with a loading dock or forklift within the contiguous United States, unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
• - Residential deliveries, limited-access locations, or shipments requiring liftgate service are subject to an additional $199 fee per delivery.

4.2 Delivery Times & Delays

• - Shipping and delivery times provided by Moon Auto Parts or carriers are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• - We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, labor disputes, acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4.3 Risk of Loss

• - Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where otherwise required by law.
• - You are responsible for inspecting deliveries promptly and reporting shipping damage within 48 hours.

5. Policies Governing Your Purchase

Your purchase and use of any part from Moon Auto Parts are governed by:

• - Our Limited Parts Warranty (4 years / 40,000 miles limited parts-only)

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• - In all cases, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the part in question.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain types of damages. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
