1. ELIGIBLE REFUNDS

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Approved standard returns of unused and uninstalled parts within 30 days
  • Incorrect parts shipped due to our error
  • Approved warranty claims, as outlined in our Warranty Policy

Refund eligibility is determined only after inspection and approval.

2. NON-ELIGIBLE REFUNDS

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Installed or used parts
  • Labor, diagnostics, fluids, towing, or installation costs
  • Special-order or custom-sourced items
  • Electrical components once installed.
  • Parts returned without authorization.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation.

3. REFUND METHOD

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds via alternative payment methods.

4. REFUND AMOUNT ADJUSTMENTS

The refund amount may be adjusted for:

  • Applicable processing and restocking fees (up to 25%)
  • Non-refundable shipping charges
  • Missing or damaged packaging or components

5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once a returned item is received, inspected, and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. WARRANTY-RELATED REFUNDS

Refunds related to defective or non-working parts are governed strictly by our Warranty Policy. Warranty approval is required before any refund or replacement is considered.
