Question 1

Do you verify transmission fitment before shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every order goes through VIN-based fitment verification. This helps confirm the transmission matches your vehicle’s drivetrain, sensors, and mounting points before shipping.

Question 2

What warranty comes with used transmissions?

Accepted Answer

Qualifying transmissions are backed by a written warranty of up to 4 years or 40,000 miles, covering major internal components. Full warranty details are provided before purchase.

Question 3

How do I claim my transmission warranty?

Accepted Answer

After your purchase, you will receive a warranty form by email. Fill out that form to activate and claim your vehicle part warranty.

Question 4

Do you offer shipping across the United States?

Accepted Answer

Free freight shipping is available to qualifying commercial addresses with a loading dock or forklift within the contiguous United States. Residential or liftgate delivery costs $199. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories require a separate shipping quote before ordering.
